Ah yes, my dear friend has returned! I’ve been pretty proud of myself this year. Not too much has gone “undone”.

However, it all got too much and I escaped with some Gal-Pals out West for 3 days of creative loveliness.

And here is what I do when I don’t want to do anything at all….

"posturings" canvas
"starched" canvas
"sunburn" canvas 20x25cm for My Vintage Blossoms
"these three" art journal page
"maiden" art journal page
"journey" art journal page

Plus there is one more canvas which is now hanging in the bedroom of the daughter of our lovely Hostess, Donna.

The canvases are my standard 20x25cm job, but the Art Journal pages are huuuuge for me! These babies are 23x30cm! So much fun!!

I had the gorgeous Krissy beside me all the way. We drove up together and sat together and played with paint and paper and other bits. We stopped at Withcott en-route and Op Shopped and found some absolute treasures {to be seen in a future project or 2, or 20!}

The girls let me sleep in till about 9am and the kids left me alone until I got out of their Rumpus Room. The only down-side was I sat for way too long and now my back and neck are giving me grief….again!

Of course, what happened in Dalby, stays in Dalby!! Tour Rules, right?

Still busy with custom orders (yay) and organising presents for Teachers, Teacher Aides and the Bus Driver and his lovely Assistant. Pics up soon of what I found for them!!!

Happy Creating!!!
