The iconic New Farm Rotunda shrouded by a flotilla of roses.

New Farm Park was a place of endless unsupervised play. As kids my sisters, cousins, and anyone else we could find, would run wild and free exploring every nook in the vast green of the park. The wash of the Brisbane River lapping the stones along the edge was rife with broken bottles and other unpleasantries. It was a magical time for young kids, working out our place in the world amongst such quiet and beauty.
