I want you to be absolutely delighted with your artwork purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your order, I offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your piece.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email me at hello@giovannascott.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. I will contact you with clear instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that artworks must be returned in their original condition, with all protective packaging and certificates (if applicable) intact. I reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once I receive your returned artwork, I will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, while exchanges will be sent out promptly.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
