Mum’s Ciambella Cake e Caffè - framed - 41x30.5cm

Every Italian Mum has their signature cake. For my Mum it’s Ciambella, a beautifully moist, lemony, light sponge (but better than an English sponge) cake! Perfect with caffè and company. It gets better the next day when you can add a handful of berries, dollop of custard or ice- cream and honey.
