Happily – nay, JOYFULLY announcing my new class for November!
We had so much fun with the Collage Play workshop, I knew I had to squeeze another one in for November. And with Christmas just around the corner, what better way to greet your Summertime visitors than with this wonderfully textured and joyful canvas at your home’s entrance?
In fact, this piece will sit comfortably in your home all year round.
Come join with me to explore the combination of paint and paper and other media to produce something quite unique and wonderful. Loads of drama and 3D effects but giving you enough confidence to replicate the class at home and to absorb some of these techniques into your own practice.
Oh, did I mention you’ll also leave with my super-secret, fool-proof recipe for creating the best tree trunks? Yes, you get that, and full instructions, and a lovely kit, and use of all my materials (and WHY I use them).
The Joy Tree will run only once this month so grab a friend and make some time for yourself before the Christmas craziness starts. Class begins at 10am and you’ll be out the door by 1:30pm. Our lovely friends at Knitch in Paddington are our hosts, once again, and we thank them for their joyful hospitality.
