Welcome November!!

Here’s your criteria:
word = please
colour = grey
technique = stamping
Using some unconventional materials for stamping is always a good idea to score brownie points with me LOL. Here I’ve used some woven straw type stuff and I’ve stamped the circles with a cork through a stencil (worth a shot right?)
For those who are always wanting more….here is this month’s “Toolbox”

I suppose you’re asking yourself…”Grey? That’s not mostly grey!”
True, but the inspiration behind this page is a grey, wintery night. The time I get to switch off (usually around 9pm) and everything is really still and you can hear the world winding down. I know this is generally the time my scrapbooing peeps are heading to their scrap table to cook up a storm, alas, not for me any longer. The journaling talks about how much my life has changed the last few years and how I can do this anymore. I’m so exhausted by 9pm nowadays so most of my creating is done while the boys are at school and I’ve stolen some time in my Studio.
But I digress somewhat…..
GREY YOU SAY!!
Can’t work it out?
Here is the grey I used….it’s called “Paynes Grey” by Jo Sonja

It’s a bluey-grey and it’s the colour of the stars.
But not content to have just ONE grey on the page, I decided to mix my own but how???
Do I mix BLACK WITH WHITE or BLACK WITH ANOTHER COLOUR?

The underlying colour is a deep green with a hint of pink that I’d already mocked up a while ago. It works well with the GREY theme.
Don’t forget to visit the 123 Challenge blog for all the Creative Team’s input this month. We are a clever and diverse bunch, so there will be a style to inpspire you….guaranteed.
